In order to promote a greater sense of responsibility and ownership among H.O.M.E. students and families, the H.O.M.E. Student Leadership Team shall serve under the authority of the H.O.M.E. Board of Directors and the H.O.M.E. Mission Statement, which shall supersede the goals and mission of the Student Leadership Team. With respect to and in submission of the H.O.M.E. Board of Directors, the H.O.M.E. Student Leadership Team shall endeavor to:

•         Provide support to the H.O.M.E. Board of Directors

•         Develop student leadership skills

•         Foster godly character traits within the students

•         Promote fellowship among students and families
