Annette Crossland (Chair) Annette and her husband of 27 years have been a part of Connections for 10 years, graduating their first student in 2024 with another graduating in 2025.  Their final student will graduate in 2028. Elizabeth Chaves (Vice Chair) Elizabeth Chaves is an accidental homeschooler who only intended to homeschool for 6 months - pre-pandemic - while on a mission trip. However, we serve a God with a great sense of humor and the Chaves family has been homeschooling ever since. Elizabeth previously served in membership and publicity and has taken up the torch for parent meetings. Kristin Wright (Webmaster & Secretary) Kristin has been homeschooling for 14 years. She and her adoring husband have two ungrateful children whom they love very much. Her oldest graduated in 2024 and her youngest is just starting high school. Tami Rutan (Kids Day Coordinator) Tami has been homeschooling for five years and fell in love with the community at H.O.M.E. and Homeschool Connections over the last few years.  Tami and her husband Shawn are pastors serving in Seattle with their three daughters, Nadia age 12, Vera, age 8, and Abby, age 5.  Tami loves making new friends, hiking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. kidsday@home-wa.org

Lisa Bailey (Homechool Liaison) has been married to her awesome husband Scot for 32 years and has seven wonderful children from age 30-12. The first four children graduated with H.O.M.E., and Angelica will graduate in 2025. She has been a member of H.O.M.E. and Homeschool Connections for 20+ years and has previously served as H.O.M.E. Chair, Secretary, and New Homeschooler Liaison. Lisa absolutely loves this homeschool community and is glad to serve and give back!
