Elizabeth Grace (Chair) has been a part of H.O.M.E. for over 10 years, with Kids Day planning and then as Chair. She is married with 3 kids; two have graduated, and the last one is a senior in high school. Lisa Bailey (Vice Chair) has been married to her awesome husband Scot for 32 years and has seven wonderful children from age 30-12. The first four children graduated with H.O.M.E., and Angelica will graduate in 2025. She has been a member of H.O.M.E. and Homeschool Connections for 20+ years and has previously served as H.O.M.E. Chair, Secretary, and New Homeschooler Liaison. Lisa absolutely loves this homeschool community and is glad to serve and give back! parentmeetings@home-wa.org

Kelly Derr (Secretary) Kelly and her husband have four kids, ages 14, 16, 18, and 19. She loves music, learning new languages, and gardening. She is excited to be serving on the board for her fourth year. secretary@home-wa.org

Annette Crossland (Treasurer) Annette and her husband of 27 years have been a part of Connections for 10 years, graduating their first student in 2024 with another graduating in 2025.  Their final student will graduate in 2028. With a background in banking and finance, being treasurer is a natural fit and a great way to give back to H.O.M.E.  “We have loved being a part of the H.O.M.E. community for the richness and depth it adds to our homeschooling journey.”  treasurer@home-wa.org

Kristin Wright (Teen Coordinator) Kristin joined Connections 8 years ago. She and her adoring husband have two ungrateful children whom they love very much. Her oldest graduated last spring and her youngest is just starting high school. She enjoys beach days and movie nights and is thankful for the H.O.M.E. organization. teens@home-wa.org

Tami Rutan (Kids Day Coordinator) Tami has been homeschooling for five years and fell in love with the community at H.O.M.E. and Homeschool Connections over the last few years.  Tami and her husband Shawn are pastors serving in Seattle with their three daughters, Nadia age 12, Vera, age 8, and Abby, age 5.  Tami loves making new friends, hiking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. kidsday@home-wa.org

Amanda Bihler (Kids Day Coordinator) Amanda joined H.O.M.E. in 2022 and the Board in 2023. Her kids range from elementary to preschool and love getting out of the house together for all kinds of activities. kidsday@home-wa.org

Heather Andrews (Webmaster) Heather and her family started out as pandemic homeschoolers and realized they liked the flexibility and the pace. They joined Connections in the Spring of 2021, and Heather joined the H.O.M.E. Board shortly after that as a Kid’s Day Coordinator.
