Late registration dates
EXTENDED to May 13th, at $87

Full payment, online agreement & printed liability waiver
(you may already have this on file from earlier in the year)
must be received within 48 hrs. of registering to guarantee your spot.
If over 48 hrs., your incomplete registration will be deleted and you must start again. Paper waivers can be placed in the HOME mailbox folder at Connections, or mailed to P.O. Box 13543, Mill Creek WA 98012

This event is for HOME members who are
9th through 12th grade only
(Age 14 by 9/1/18)

To register multiple people, you will need to create an individual registration for each person. Choose 'Invoice Me' in order to get a total at the end of your registrations.

Please enter your student's first & last name when registering.  This will enable us to have an accurate list of who is attending and also enable you to see who else is attending to encourage your friends to join this fantastic event.

You may have a waiver on file for the year already, if not, print out and mail in or place in the HOME Connections mailbox folder.
