If you have not already filled out the HOME Activity Release and Waiver of Liability form, there is a link on the home-wa.org home page. This will need to be turned in, or previously on file for your registration to be complete. This form can be placed in the HOME folder in the Homeschool Connections mail boxes, or mailed to P.O. Box 13543, Mill Creek, WA 98012
For registering multiple people, register one at a time, putting attendee's name in the name boxes and click Invoice Me button at the end, then go back to egister the next person...it will total all registrations so you only pay once on PayPal.
